Japanese A5 Wagyu Denver (Zabuton) Steak Cut:
One of the rarest cuts as only 3 to 4kg (6-9lb) can be taken from one cattle.
It is a tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture with an exquisite taste without any peculiarities.
Japanese A5 Wagyu Chuck Eye Steak Cut:
This is a core part of CHUCK ROLL. The meat is tender with rich flavor, with excellent lean meat and just the right amount of marbles.
Japanese A5 Chateaubriand Steak Cut:
The Chateaubriand is a part of fillet mignon and is the finest part of the cattle, very tender and mild to the tongue.
It only accounts for about 3% of the whole cattle, and the meat quality is one of the highest.

PACKAGING
Each frozen and individually vacuum sealed product is carefully packed into a cardboard box lined with eco-friendly insulation. In order to maintain the integrity of the package contents, all beef products are packed with dry ice and ice gel pack with cooler bag. Orders will be delivered frozen OR slightly thawed (but still cold) depending on the time in transit.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (Next Day Shipping)
With Overnight Shipping, The products will arrive completely frozen OR slightly thawed (but still cold) depending on the time in transit. It is normal for the dry ice to have dissipated. In most cases, a portion of the dry ice is still solid (it hasn’t fully evaporated). Please follow the instructions for handling dry ice. These instructions are included in each WAGYUMAN package.

- We ship to qualifying addresses in the 48 states (except HI and AK).
- We have no responsibility in case of lost/thief of the package or damage of the products for the delivery with No signature selected.
- Each individual order must ship to a single qualifying physical address.
- All shipments require a street address.
- We're unable to ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- WAGYUMAN is not responsible for any shipment that is delivered incorrectly and/or undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect and/or invalid shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address when placing your order.
- Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays.
- Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, can cause shipments to be delayed.

Due to the natural variance in the size of the products at the time they are processed, there can be slight variations in shape, size, and/or weight with WAGYUMAN cuts.
Our products do not contain additives or preservatives. It is normal for there to be slight variations in color depending on both the type of product ordered.
