Ordering

  • All sales are final. However, we will re-ship delayed/spoiled packages based on Wagyuman policies.

  • No. Each order is individually packaged with care, and our website features real-time inventory tracking. Due to the limited availability of many products, we take significant measures to ensure that your order is dispatched promptly. Please review our policies and shipping policy before ordering.

  • No. We process orders immediately as they come in. Occasionally, we can change your shipping address if you notify us immediately. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Unfortunately, we won't be responsible for incorrect addresses.

  • No. There is no minimum order requirement for shipping.

Shipping

  • No. Orders are processed automatically and we cannot accommodate exceptions. Please ensure you understand our policy before submitting your order.

  • We'll e-mail you to keep you up to date on the status of your order

    1. Your order confirmation will be emailed instantly after you place an order.

    2. After we ship out your order, you'll receive a 2nd e-mail with the tracking number (check your spam folder if you don't see it).

    Orders will be shipped out automatically. If you don't receive confirmation emails. Please reach out to us if you need assistance.

    • Please have someone receive the package and transfer the perishable items into the refrigerator or freezer. We go to great lengths to ensure your packages are sent out on time, and we kindly ask for your help. Wagyuman Products will not be responsible for packages left out.

  • Orders follow an automatic processing system and you will be emailed with updates. Please contact support@wagyuman.com for status requests.

  • Please reach out to us immediately if your package experiences a delay beyond 48 hours so we can assist.

    We ship all perishable orders using Priority Overnight service to ensure the fastest possible delivery. While we carefully select this service, we cannot control carrier delays once a package leaves our facility.

    To protect your order, we pack all shipments with sufficient ice to keep products properly chilled for up to 48 hours under normal conditions.

    We recommend adding Savedby Package Protection to your order to safeguard against delays, damage, loss, or theft during transit.

  • No. Although we don't require a signature, it's important to ensure someone is home to receive the perishable package or make arrangements to receive it shortly after delivery. Wagyuman will not be responsible for shipments that sit outside and spoil. We take meticulous measures to ensure your products arrive safely and ask you for the same when you receive them.

    We also recommend you purchase SavedBy Package Protection on your packages. Thank you for your help.

  • Overnight Shipping

    Temperature controlled shipping with high-performance ice packs and insulation.

  • For orders with japanese wagyu, yes.

    For all other shipping orders, Wagyuman recommends adding SavedBy. If deselected, Wagyuman will not be liable for shipping issues.
