Bushū Samurai Wagyu

Over the years, I've visited farms across Japan in search of Wagyu with a story worth sharing. When I visited Hasegawa Farms in Saitama Prefecture, I knew Bushū Samurai Wagyu would be one I wanted to bring to the Wagyuman community.

For three generations, the Hasegawa family has raised every animal from birth to harvest on the same farm. Their commitment to consistency, animal welfare, and craftsmanship is reflected in every cut.

What stood out to me most was the care and attention that goes into every animal. This isn't just exceptional Wagyu. It's the result of generations of dedication, tradition, and pride in what they produce.
