All orders ship via UPS Next Day Air in temperature-controlled containers. Orders placed after the cutoff automatically roll to the next ship-out date — no action needed. Delivery times are estimates and typically arrive by 12 PM local time.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
- Your confirmation email is sent on your ship-out day (Monday or Wednesday). It includes your UPS tracking number and a link to enable delivery notifications.
- We strongly recommend enabling UPS notifications, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery, especially important for special occasions or hot weather days.
- Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, please contact us but rest assured, your order is still on its way based on the fulfillment schedule above.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Be home if you can
We don’t require a signature, but we strongly recommend having someone home to receive your package. Wagyu beef left outside in the heat can spoil. Wagyuman is not responsible for orders that sit unattended and are damaged by the elements — please make arrangements in advance.

UPS Next Day Air typically delivers by 12 PM local time for most residential addresses. Delivery windows are estimates. Sign up for UPS package notifications in your confirmation email for real-time updates on your delivery window.

Thawing during transit is normal. Your beef arrives in a temperature-controlled container designed for overnight shipping. Always follow food-safe handling guidelines when storing, thawing, and preparing your order.
