WAGYUMAN offers premium quality Japanese Wagyu Beef and Sushi Grade Tuna, imported directly from Japan. We're the largest Japanese Wagyu Beef importer and only company who imports whole cattle and butchers them at own facility.

Help! I did not receive my products.

If you do not receive your products within the estimated delivery time, please drop us an email and we will investigate the matter immediately. For more information on Refund Policy.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

Since the shipping of our products is inherently time sensitive, we do not accept returns to our fulfillment center. If you received a product that did not live up to our WAGYUMAN commitment, our customer service representatives will work with you to create a fair outcome.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?

What forms of payment do you accept?
