Dry-aged 30 days • Portion cut to order • USDA inspected • Ships fresh, never frozen in vacuum-seal with ice packs (Mon–Fri). Refrigerate on arrival (32–36°F). Best within 7 days unopened / 48 hours after opening. Can be frozen for longer storage.
Ships separately from other items. Pat LaFrieda bundles require 5 lb minimum.
