Bara Chirashi (Sushi)
Bara Chirashi is a gorgeous looking dish with colorful seafood cut into cute cubes and scattered on top. It is recommended for celebrations and parties. You can arrange it by putting your favorite seafood on top.

Ingredients (for 2 people)
・Tuna: 5.0oz (if using Tuna Sushi, you have options of Otoro, Chutoro, Akami (Blue-Fin), Akami (Big-Eye) and Akami (Yellow-Fin), approximately 1 pack)Â
・Salmon: 5.0oz (about 10pc)
・Scallop: 5.0oz (about 10pc)
・Ikura: 2.0oz
・Warm rice: about 11.0oz (If using sushi rice, approximately 2 packs)
    - Sushi vinegar
     - Vinegar: 4 table spoons
     - Sugar: 2 table spoon
     - Salt: 1 tea spoon

Cooking
- Add the ingredients for the sushi vinegar to the warm rice and mix quickly. Leave for a little while and cool down.
※ If using sushi rice, warm it in the microwave, break it up, and let it sit for a while to cool down.
2. Cut tuna, salmon, and scallops into 1 cm cubes.
   ※ You can change and use from your favorite sushi toppings.
- Place the sushi rice in a bowl and arrange the seafood on top.

☆Other ingredients such as cucumbers, pea pods, and omelets can be used as toppings to make it more colorfully. It is also recommended to mix white sesame seeds with the sushi rice.
