Let the meat come to room temperature before grilling
An important part of the preparation before grilling is the temperature of the meat. Be sure to bring the meat to room temperature before grilling. Bringing the meat to room temperature will prevent the juices from running off the surface of the meat when it is cooked. This alone will greatly enhance the flavor of your grilled meat.
